At Pro Coder, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. We strive to deliver high-quality results that meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a transparent refund policy to address your concerns.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Revision Policy: We offer unlimited revisions to refine and perfect your project according to your initial design brief. Our dedicated account managers will guide you through the revision process to ensure your satisfaction.
Refund Request: If you are not satisfied with our services and have not published or used the deliverables, you may request a refund within five days of the initial delivery. Please contact us to initiate the refund process.
Inactivity: No refund requests will be entertained if there has been no action on your order for 30 days after placement. However, you can reactivate your project by paying a reactivation fee equivalent to 30% of the service amount.
Combo/Special Packages: Our refund policy applies similarly to combo or special packages. Proof of purchase will be required to process the refund.

At Pro Coder, while we strive to accommodate our customers’ needs, there are certain instances where refund requests may be rejected. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you understand the circumstances under which refund requests may not be approved. Below are some points related to the rejection of refund requests:
Combo Package Selection: Refund requests may be rejected if you have selected a combo package that includes multiple services.
Irrelevant Reasons for Cancellations: Refund requests based on reasons unrelated to the quality of service provided may be rejected.
Lack of Contact: Failure to contact Pro Coder for more than 2 weeks may result in the rejection of refund requests.
Approval of Primary Design: Once the primary design is approved, refund requests may not be entertained.
Violation of Company Policies: Refund requests may be rejected if there is a violation of Pro Coder’s policies.
Engaging Other Designers or Companies: Seeking services from other designers or companies for the same project may lead to the rejection of refund requests.
Incomplete Creative Brief: Refund requests may be rejected if there is missing information in the creative brief provided by the customer.
Demanding Overall Design Changes: Refund requests based on demands to change the overall design may be rejected.
Expiration of Refund Request Timespan: Refund requests made after the specified timespan may be rejected.
Disagreement or Change of Mind: Refund requests unrelated to the services provided by Pro Coder, such as disagreement with a partner or change of mind, may be rejected.
Service Bundle Subscription: If a customer is dissatisfied with one service within a bundle, refunds may not be provided for the entire bundle but only for the specific service.
Final Files Delivery: Once the final files are delivered to the customer, refund requests may not be accepted.
Revision and Refund Exclusions: Refunds and revisions may not be applicable to free items.
Time Limit for Website and Logo Refunds: No refunds will be processed for websites and logos after 120 hours from the date of purchase.
Website Development Process Initiation: Refunds may not be entertained once the website development process starts after the approval of the website design.
At Pro Coder, we aim to provide a seamless experience for our clients, including a clear understanding of our refund policy regarding website-related services. Please review the following points carefully:
Partial Refund for Unused Time: We may initiate a partial refund of a deposit for any unused time if the work on your website is not complete but some of it has already been implemented.
Incomplete Creative Brief: Refunds may not be applicable if the creative brief provided by the customer has missing information or is not completed professionally, yet the customer is not satisfied with the outcome.
Approval of Design: Once you have approved or confirmed acceptance of the website design, and we have progressed to the development stage, no refunds will be provided.
Website Live Status: No refunds will be provided if the website has been made live upon the customer’s request, and files have been uploaded to a web server.
Exclusions: Products or services such as downloadable software, domain name registration, and web hosting are not eligible for refunds.
Communication: Failure to communicate with us for more than 15 days may result in the cancellation of refund eligibility unless otherwise decided by Pro Coder’s management.
Company Changes: Refunds will not be issued if the company for which the design was made changes its name, closes down, or alters its designs.
Special Offers: No refunds will be initiated if a “Special Offer” does not meet our standard packages, as advertised.
Final Delivery: Once the final delivery of the website or design is accepted by the customer, no refunds will be issued.
Fairness Basis: Any refund requests related to website or design development will be handled on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness and consideration for both parties involved.
At Pro Coder, we prioritize the confidentiality and security of our clients’ information. Our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) policy ensures that your project details and personal information remain confidential throughout and after completion. Below are the key points of our NDA policy:
Confidentiality: Pro Coder does not share any customer information, including project details and contact information, with any third parties. Your personal and project information is kept strictly confidential at all times.
Post-Project Confidentiality: Upon successful completion of the project, both Pro Coder and the Client agree not to intentionally defame or disparage each other regarding matters arising after project completion.
Defamatory Comments: Each party agrees not to make any defamatory comments, directly or indirectly, about the other party. Pro Coder will take reasonable steps to ensure its officers and directors refrain from making any defamatory comments about the Client or its representatives.
Pro Coder is dedicated to providing exceptional customer support to address all your concerns and queries promptly and effectively. Our Customer Support Team is available during office hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT, to assist you over the phone.
Our commitment to excellent customer service extends beyond office hours. For queries outside of our regular business hours, we encourage customers to email us through the Team Works Account section on our website. Our team will ensure that your email is promptly picked up and addressed on the next working day.

At Pro Coder, we are committed to providing technical support to ensure the smooth functioning of the services we offer. Our Technical Support Policy outlines the scope of our technical assistance and the responsibilities of both Pro Coder and the client:
Design Services Focus: Pro Coder primarily provides design services and consultancy. While our packages may include technical aspects related to website and email services, our main focus remains on design and development.
Basic Information Provision: We will provide clients with basic information and settings required to utilize the technical services included in our packages. This includes website deployment on our hosting servers or guidance for using Content Management Systems (CMS) for website management.
Third-Party Hosting Responsibility: If clients choose to host their website on a third-party server, they are responsible for any server or hosting-related issues. Pro Coder will not be held accountable for problems arising from third-party hosting services.
Service Level Agreement (SLA): Unless separately purchased as part of an ongoing maintenance service, there is no SLA between the client and Pro Coder for technical assistance or service outage.
CMS User Manual: We provide clients with user manuals for using the CMS provided for website management. However, Pro Coder is not responsible for training clients in CMS usage beyond providing the manual.
Email Setup Assistance: We offer guidance and settings for email setup, but clients are responsible for installing the emails on their end. Pro Coder does not provide technical support for email usage beyond providing basic information.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for executing, installing, and learning the usage of the services provided. Pro Coder will not be held liable for client’s failure to execute or install services on their end.
